Job Overview

The position requires expertise in bridge control, endpoints and all of the hardware as well as scheduling, routing, advanced trouble shooting for Children's Hospital Colorado MCEC. Implement quick fixes/workaround technical problems with excellent customer service. Experience with video conferencing and collaboration on a daily basis with the conference center team to provide support where needed. High level of incident problem solving with related hardware. Department: Medical Conferences and Education Hours per week: PRN (as needed) Shift: Varies, days/evenings. Weekends as needed for special events.

Qualifications

Required Skills High School Diploma or Equivalent 3 to 5 years of related experience Expert computer skills, moderate to high level experience with MS Office. and moderate to high level of skill with A/V production equipment. Experience in Audio/Visual design, production, and post- production. Network/hardware knowledge of videoconferencing, video production, management, business, and creative/design elements of instructional multimedia. Experience in video production, instructional design, A/V systems management, and technology integration. Preferred Skills Bachelors Degree in Media, Computer Applications, Business, or related field Excellent customer service, multiple task prioritization, analysis, and planning

Responsibilities

Population Specific Care No Direct Patient Care Audio-Visual knowledge: The position will assist presenters and clients with a solid working knowledge of audio-visual equipment and systems for setting up and supporting conferences, special events, and standing meetings for the MCEC. On occasion the position may serve to back up telehealth & video production equipment and programming operations. The result is client confidence in a knowledgeable staff to assist with the accurate coordination of presentation tools and audio-visual equipment a d systems. Cross training to support production and telemedicine operations increases the depth of service capabilities provided by the MCEC. Communication and customer service. Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills with clients. Must be able to communicate on many levels with staff and clients of the MCEC. This position is an initial point of contact for all services of the MCEC. The results are fewer misunderstandings when scheduling the resources - of the Conference & Education Center by clients.
