We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in development and execution of effective marketing initiatives to drive software adoption and implementation within the healthcare industry. This is a key individual who will bring extensive software marketing expertise in a B2B environment, to transform our Cardiopulmonary product offering in the new era of digital healthcare.

This role will be pivotal in aligning marketing strategies with regional tactics, collaborate with the technical implementation specialists for seamless installations, and ensuring our sales team is equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed in a competitive market.

This role demands a deep understanding of product marketing for equipment and software within the healthcare industry.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Product Marketing expertise in hardware and software implementation in the healthcare industry.

Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape; translate insights into execution.

Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with advocates and key opinion leaders.

Create marketing tactics for software adoption within the healthcare environment across multiple stakeholders.

Create optimal messaging and a marketing mix for our products with a software integration aspect.

Be the hub between technical, marketing and sales execution of software.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional partners to influence the product roadmap based on North American market/customer needs.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other product managers, senior management, technical service, clinical support, and sales teams to implement strategic initiatives.

Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product strategies, updates, and priorities to internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and external partners.

Promotion and Training: Develop content to drive product awareness, engagement, and sales.

Financial Accountability: Manage budgets effectively for key projects and ensure achievement of sales and market share goals.

Performance Tracking: Monitor the progress of key initiatives, measure impact, and optimize strategies as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Marketing a SaaS product, ideally within healthcare.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong leadership and influencing skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams towards common goals.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and work independently under pressure.

Familiarity with medical device marketplace and healthcare environment, ideally with expertise in cardiovascular clinical therapies.

Ability to instruct and coach on product use and clinical applications.

Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to meet hospital credentialing requirements.

Ability to travel domestically (20%) and potentially internationally as needed.
