Job Overview

This position trains in creating and delivering training and development programs related to technology and computer applications for all levels of end-users while performing entry level, routine tasks. Supports and assists with developing content, conducting and facilitating training, creating, editing and maintaining technical and training materials. Potential Specialty Areas: Business Intelligence, Clinical, Technical Writing

Additional Information

Department: Revenue Cycle Administration Hours per week: 40, eligible for benefits Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm. Work hours may vary depending on the needs of the department. This position may require weekend hours, but this request would be limited. *This is a hybrid position.

Qualifications

EDUCATION - Bachelor's degree is required. EXPERIENCE - No related experience is required. EQUIVALENCY - Combination of post-high school education, job related certification and/or related experience equivalent to 4 years may be considered in lieu of minimum requirements.

Responsibilities

POPULATION SPECIFIC CARE No direct patient care. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS An employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all of the following essential functions. These examples do not include all of the functions which the employee may be expected to perform. Trains in conducting and facilitating on-site and in-house training on the use of computers and associated software programs, features and operations. Trains in designing and creating training programs, training courses workshops, multimedia courses, , and on-line help for all levels of end-users and IT professionals. Trains in the design and creation of computer based training (CBT), web based training programs, and online learning modules as required for area. Trains in designing, developing, writing, editing and implementing customized technical documents including user manuals, online help, training manuals, installation manuals, help documents and tutorials for in ormation technology equipment or software applications for end users. Assists in gathering information about needs, objectives, functions, features, and requirements. Assists with creating and maintaining technical documentation and instructional material. Trains in the development and setup of the training and development environment for systems and programs.
