ManpowerGroup Technician Fire in Aurora, Colorado

Our client, a leader in Fire & Life Safety solutions, is seeking a Technician Fire to join their team. As a Technician Fire, you will be part of the service department supporting various clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Technician Fire

Location: Aurora, Colorado

Pay Range: $40 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Receive service calls and diagnose equipment/system malfunctions.

  • Perform service and repairs on electronic fire alarm systems at customer sites.

  • Follow troubleshooting procedures and refer to technical manuals for repairs.

  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation and assist in training team members.

What's Needed?

  • 2+ years documented experience in low voltage electrical systems, including Fire/Life Safety systems.

  • NICET Level I certification.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and operational manuals.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company requirements.
