The Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) is a development program for applicants with established experience (3-5 years) in the manufacturing and operations space. This opportunity will provide the applicants with three individual assignments aimed to help increase their skillset while building leadership experience, preparing them for future career advancement at Entegris.\ \ The OLDP specifically targets candidates with a balanced mix of high technical acumen, hunger for professional development and the capacity to complete complex work projects while participating in the programs custom learning curriculum.\ \ OLDP seeks to advance participants development through the completion of three 9-month assignments in the areas of planning (demand, supply, etc.), continuous improvement/lean/industrial engineering and production supervision. Inclusion in this program will provide exposure to executive mentors, active learning events with Senior Leaders and challenging project work that directly contributes to key business objectives.
