Description

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager in the Plastics Manufacturing industry in Aurora, Illinois. The role involves overseeing a wide range of projects including the construction and installation of infrastructure at our manufacturing plant. The Project Manager will be utilizing Asana as their project management system and will be working on diverse tasks from IT projects to construction projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the construction and installation of silos, concrete pads, and room additions to the manufacturing plant

• Walking around the production floor to monitor progress and ensure efficiency

• Utilizing Asana for project management and maintaining accurate project records

• Managing diverse projects from IT infrastructure setup to construction projects

• Ensuring smooth communication between different teams and stakeholders

• Implementing and managing the change management process effectively

• Maintaining a comprehensive database of project details for future reference

• Utilizing skills in Agile Scrum for project execution

• Monitoring budget processes and ensuring projects are completed within budget.

Requirements

• Proficiency in project management tools.

• 3+ years of project management experience.

• Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies for project management.

• Experience with Change Management, necessary for adapting to evolving business needs.

• Strong Communication skills, crucial for coordinating with team members and stakeholders.
