Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. The successful candidate will have experience in sales and client services.
Duties
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or in-person, using effective communication skills to provide clear and concise information.
Utilize a computerized system to record and track customer interactions, ensuring that customer data is accurate and up-to-date.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services, providing customers with personalized and knowledgeable support.
Utilize sales skills to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services, contributing to the growth and development of the business.
Provide excellent customer service by being proactive, empathetic, and responsive to customer needs and concerns.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Continuously improve customer service by identifying areas for improvement, suggesting new ideas, and participating in ongoing training and development programs.

Experience
Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using computerized systems to record and track customer interactions.
Experience working in an office environment, with a strong understanding of office procedures and technology.
Strong phone etiquette skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
A strong commitment to customer satisfaction, with the ability to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
A high school diploma or equivalent required, related college courses and fluency in Spanish would influence compensation
