Essentia Health Summer Intern (80 hours per pay period) in Aurora, Minnesota

Job Description

Education Qualifications:

Junior or senior level student currently working towards a degree with a preference in business, information systems, health information management, healthcare management or other related field.

For supply chain positions: Degree preference in supply chain, transportation, logistics, industrial engineering, business or other related field.

Or if participating in the Summer Health Care Internship Program (SHCIP), must have completed your junior or senior year of high school in Minnesota and intend to complete graduation requirements. Or you must be a post-secondary student enrolled in a Minnesota educational institution or be a resident of Minnesota enrolled in an out-of-state program. Post-secondary students must be enrolled in a two or four year health care degree program with the intention of completing the program.

Job Description:

Under the direction of designated staff, provides assistance to the department in various aspects to support the work of the department and the mission and goals of Essentia Health. Provides assistance on various projects within hired department.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

No certification/licensure required.

Job Location: Northern Pines Medical Center

Shift Rotation: Day Rotation (United States of America)

Shift Start/End: 8:00 am/4:30 pm

Hours Per Pay Period:

Compensation Range: $15.00 - $15.00 / hour
