Position Summary: This position will be responsible for enhancing our Guest experience through service and assistance. This person will also serve as a Special Event, Group Sales, and Guest Service Ambassador.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide World Class Guest Service to all guests and employees.

  • Assist Guests with general park information, submitting feedback regarding guest experience, and providing Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe Service.

  • Advocate for all Special Events and Group Sales Events during the operating season.

  • Serve as an Events Ambassador and work to resolve all guest concerns brought to your attention in a calm and professional manner.

  • Evaluate guest concerns and perform any necessary task to improve guest satisfaction.

  • Maintain positive interaction with all guests and fellow Team Members.

  • Work to become knowledgeable of all park information, events, policies, and procedures.

  • Adhere to and enforce company policies and procedures while ensuring guest satisfaction.

  • Assist with the execution and operation of Consumer Events, such as, Brews & Bites, July 4th Celebration, Oktoberfest, and much more!

  • Perform all other duties as assigned by Sales & Events or Park Leadership.

    Minimum Requirements

  • Applicants must be at least 18 to apply.

  • Computer proficiency with experience in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Have a valid Georgia Driver’s License and clean driving record.

  • Ability to acquire Alcohol License through Cobb County.

  • Exhibit demonstrated leadership and positive guest service skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions while on foot for long periods of time.

  • Must have the ability to stand, walk, crouch, bend, stoop, kneel and lift up to 25-50 pounds at a time.

  • Will be required to work various shifts as project and park needs dictate, including nights, weekends and holidays.
