Issues are rarely referred to the supervisor but are handled at the occurrence.Essential Duties:Represents TxDOT in inter agency groups, and technical committees including conduction presentations. Analyzes policies and operations to make improvements.Performs strategic long and short range planning related to radio systems.Develops and implements effective end user training on radio systems. Conducts site visits to ensure radio equipment is properly functioning. Utilizes computer systems for communications and programing.Performs other job related responsibilities as assigned.
