Work collaboratively, proactively, and in a professional, service-oriented manner with all college and university development staff to further the development goals of the university.Coordinate details and logistics for donor and prospect meetings, campus visits, campus tours, luncheons and events. Plan and execute various events, such as workshops, webinars, and campus visits. Provide backup support for other CNS events.Assist with prospect and donor research, individualized donor stewardship projects, and various forms of donor outreach as needed. Assist with the development of meaningful communication including impact reports, news, invitations, etc. Support annual stewardship activities and special donor, planned giving, corporate and foundation relations projects.Provide administrative support for assigned development officers fundraising, cultivation, engagement and stewardship activities, goal setting, proposal preparation/tracking, contact reports, strategy development and forecasting as required for donors. Prepare gift officer(s) for meetings, including meeting agendas, briefing reports and information packets for donors and prospects, and handle meeting follow-up needs. Collaborate on regular portfolio reviews and strategy execution. Coordinate and prepare travel itineraries, arrange airline, hotel and rental car reservations and process and track travel and entertainment expense reimbursements for development officers in a timely manner. Serve as a resource of information for assigned gift officers.Assist with recording timely reports, letters, proposals, gift agreements, next steps and engagement efforts following a donor contact. Provide backup support to the Administrative Associate for reimbursements, central billing invoices and vouchers as needed.Other related functions and duties as assigned.
