:Assist with the labeling, organizing and archiving of Texas Athletics photo, video, audio and graphics contentFulfill photo and video requests of internal units such as marketing and external entities such as media outlets. Communicate asset availability, fulfillment progress and deadlines to requestorsScan and digitize still images at archival standards. Transfer and transcode tapes and film to digital formatsIdentify locations within the archive for newly acquired items and prepare them for storageBecome familiar with organization of the existing Texas Athletics Box.com archive in order to aid in fulfilling requests in a timely mannerMigrate relevant content to the Longhorn Network video on-demand platformAssist Head Broadcast Engineer with file migration as neededAssist Facilities Branding Manager with the creation of exhibits in the Frank Denius Family University of Texas Athletics Hall of Fame and various athletics facilitiesRetouch digital images using Adobe Creative SuiteDevelop a process for new content to be added to the existing archiveLiaison with third parties such as Getty Images, Endeavor Streaming and Longhorn Sports PropertiesEnsure adherence to departmental, university and state trademarks and licensing policies and records retention protocolsAssist in other duties as assignedConsistently exemplify the core values and quality service standards of Texas Athletics. Always act ethically. Proactively seek guidance when unsure or unclear of a law, rule or policy applicable to you or your department/sport program. Actively participate in assigned education and training programs. Comply with all laws, policies, rules and regulations set forth by the Board of Regents of The University of Texas System, The University of Texas at Austin, NCAA, Conference, or other governing body, including state and federal laws.Annually obtain prior written approval and report all outside activities and outside income. Report knowledge of, or reasonable cause to believe, violation(s) of state or federal laws, policies, rules, or regulations of the University, Conference, or NCAA to IA ARMCS or IA HR.Fully cooperate with any investigation by providing complete and accurate information when requested to do so by Texas Athletics and/or the NCAA and do not influence others in any way during an investigation. In compliance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and Texas Education Code Sec. 51.252, this position may be a Non-Confidential Employee as defined by University policies on Sex Discrimination, Sexual Harassment, Sexual Assault, Interpersonal Violence and Stalking.
