Troubleshoot, repair, maintain and install electrical equipment on or related to University parking facilities with journeyman's level expertise. Follow all safety procedures. Safely operate hydraulic lift.Perform journey level work in the repair, maintenance and installation of various other skilled fields including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, welding, painting, concrete and HVAC systems.Assist in the technical aspects of ordering, estimating and organizing various projects.Provide training and supervision to co-workers and helpers assisting in any and all work performed. Must be able to communicate effectively via cell phone, SMS and email.
