Design embedded, circuit-level and system hardware, ranging from FPGAs and microcontrollers to computer and network components and power distribution systems.Document the design thoroughly and clearly through schematics, block diagrams, wiring diagrams, parts lists and simulation results and document progress.Incrementally test, troubleshoot and verify the hardware and its performance in test environments, on prototype hardware and in-system and integrate the hardware into large and small systems.Place and route schematic designs to layout circuits over multi-layer bare circuit boards.Other related functions as assigned.
