Those in Maximo consulting at PwC will specialise in Maximo applications and assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support tailored to Maximo software.

The Opportunity

As part of the Energy Resources and Utilities Enabling Technologies team you are expected to create solutions architects for AMI, DERMS, ADMS, DA schemes, and IT/OT convergence. As a Manager you are expected to assist project leadership in the coordination of activities across teams, communicate complex concepts to stakeholders and teammates, and build client relationships. You are also responsible for resolving complex design issues, leveraging creative thinking skills, and coordinating and collaborating with offshore IT delivery teams to meet the demands of operational functions and client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Create solutions architects for AMI, DERMS, ADMS, DA schemes, and IT/OT convergence

  • Coordinate activities across multiple teams

  • Communicate complex concepts to stakeholders and teammates

  • Build and maintain durable client relationships

  • Resolve complex design challenges creatively

  • Collaborate with offshore IT delivery teams

  • Address operational functions and client needs effectively

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

  • Leveraging experience working in the Utility Industry

  • Demonstrating Electrical Engineering experience

  • Applying proven experience in Control room operations

  • Creating solutions architects for AMI, DERMS, ADMS

  • Understanding Cloud architecture and IT/OT system data

  • Assisting project leadership in coordinating activities

  • Coordinating the gathering of business requirements

  • Communicating complex concepts to stakeholders and teammates

  • Building client relationships and multitasking

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
