Robert Half Human Resources Manager in Austin, Texas

Description We are on the lookout for a proficient Human Resources Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas. The selected candidate will be tasked with overseeing our HR department, focusing on employee engagement and organizational development. As a Human Resources Manager, your role will also encompass the management of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment processes, ensuring the selection and placement of top-quality candidates.

• Handle employee relations, fostering a positive work environment that promotes staff retention.

• Oversee performance management initiatives, setting and tracking individual and team targets.

• Ensure organizational compliance with labor laws, staying updated on changes and implementing necessary adjustments.

• Develop and implement HR policies that align with organizational goals and culture.

• Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a strong team environment.

• Oversee the processing of customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.

• Handle invoice processing and account reconciliation tasks.

• Oversee responsibilities related to Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Perform data entry tasks, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of records. Requirements • Proven experience in Human Resources management or relevant role.

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Proficient with Billing, Data Entry, and Invoice Processing.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.

• Strong decision-making skills and results-driven approach.

• Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

• Experience in managing the recruitment and selection process.

• Ability to support business needs through appropriate human resources systems.

• Knowledge of HR systems and databases, with the ability to effectively use HR metrics.

• Legally authorized to work in the job posting country.

• Proficient understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.

• Outstanding listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
