Job Summary
Job focus for the Inside Partner Business Manager, USA (Poly Solutions) is to manage 40+ Poly-focused partners in the USA, develop business within the partner base, and to support the partners for greater sales success.
This role is responsible for independently engaging existing and potential partner customers, utilizing advanced sales techniques, and tailoring solutions to their needs. The role manages leads, nurtures client relationships, and collaborates on sales strategies.
Candidate may sit remotely anywhere in the Sun Belt/Southeastern US
Responsibilities
Develops and utilizes advanced sales techniques to effectively engage with existing and prospective HP partners, address objections, and close deals.
Train and enable your partners to effectively sell Poly solutions.
Expand mindshare within partner employee base (primarily within Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Procurement).
Completes lead follow-ups and seeks new opportunities within the designated territory/account while consistently maintaining the opportunity pipeline and achieving set goals.
Reaches out to partners proactively to develop business and cross-selling of solutions with minimal supervision.
Cultivates and nurtures strong relationships with existing and potential partners, and maintains regular communication to understand evolving needs and offer relevant solutions.
Exhibits strong negotiation skills to work with partners on pricing, terms, and conditions while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
Collaborates with the sales manager or team lead to refine sales strategies, target segments, and market positioning; provides input into the development of sales plans and quotas.
Conducts thorough needs assessments to understand the pain points and requirements of existing and potential partners; tailors sales presentations and proposals to address customers' specific needs.
Collaborates with other departments such as marketing, product development, category, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Assists in training and mentoring newer inside sales team members, sharing best practices, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
Education & Experience Recommended
High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 4-6 years of related work experience, preferably in inside sales or tele sales, or a related field.

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $27.88 to $36.05 annually, with a 60/40 (salary/incentive) mix [Input the correct salary/incentive mix numbers based on the role]. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
