Idera, Inc. Jr. Account Executive - Assembla in Austin, Texas

We are seeking a Jr. Account Executive to join our sales team. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn and assist in all client service-related functions, enthusiastic about building a sales pipeline, and ready to

make a significant impact. The Jr. Account Executive will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and contribute to our overall growth

strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of strategies to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

  • Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.

  • Schedule and participate in meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our solutions.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored proposals and presentations.

  • Continually learn new products as our industry is evolving, and proactively create new opportunities for you to communicate our value proposition to clients.

  • Consistently use and maintain our CRM tool and utilize other platforms to perform daily business.

  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

  •  Provide excellent customer service to build long-term relationships with clients.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to contribute innovative ideas to the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Positive attitude with the willingness to get beyond comfort zone to grow professionally.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills in order to manage multiple projects and clients at once

  • Ability to break down and clearly articulate complex thoughts, ideas, and instructions in oral and written form (willing and able to command a room).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques

  • Experience with CRM software is a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
