The worldwide Apple Retail Engagement & Marketing (REM) team defines, makes and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives and experiences that help Apple Retail’s customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about and go further with Apple’s products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values! You’ll create and manage a portfolio of learning programs that inform, involve, and inspire our Retail field teams to deliver excellent experiences for our teams and customers, and results for Apple. The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for building strategies, connecting with people, telling stories, and driving impact.

Description

As the Program Manager for learning strategy and experiences for Apple Retail, you are responsible for bringing the best of the industry, Apple, and Retail together to drive strategies, build capabilities, and create the conditions that build knowledge, elevate skills, establish practices, drive motivation, create confidence, and deliver impact. With a focus on growth and development, you’ll lead the strategies for how we identify, assess, and build team and leader experiences for how they learn, grow, and achieve with Apple. Responsibilities: Strategic thinker. Identify industry trends and propose modern learning strategies to create business briefs for products, programs, and projects that encourage the knowledge, skills, and behaviors to drive customer experience and business growth goals. Establish success metrics to measure impact and generate insights. Audience-centric. Connect with field teams to see the world through their eyes and understand team and leader needs, identify challenges, learn from local efforts, test ideas, implement solutions, and adapt for impact. Manages complexity. Lead portfolios of learning products, programs, and projects end-to-end. Apply program management techniques with strong attention to detail, removing barriers, adapting to current conditions, and escalating risks. Storyteller. Communicate clearly, openly, and effectively, distilling complex ideas into simple and compelling narratives to engage and influence stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years in program management, marketing, training, education, and/or internal engagement

  • You enjoy a fast-paced environment that is constantly evolving, and have an ability to remain calm under pressure and tight deadlines

  • You have a proven track record of handling complex/multi-faceted global projects

  • Your written and verbal communication skills are exceptional
