The following position is to join our Corporate Team:
The RTX Enterprise Services Finance Center of Excellence (COE) organization is seeking an individual to join its Finance Applications Support team as member of the ProPricer Sustainment Core Team. The Enterprise Services Finance COE is focused on delivering world class finance solutions to the RTX enterprise. This role supports the Raytheon business units, our end customer. The central duty of this role provides technical and training support to end-users for personal computer software, hardware, and network connectivity. Installs, configures, assists in planning and designing PC support systems and troubleshoots laptop/desktop systems configurations and other approved technology devices and connectivity issues.
In addition, this role also develops an in-depth understanding of internal (E&P) and/or external customer-requirements, preferences, and working styles. Monitors information technology (IT) resources required to support ProPricer projects. May develop project objectives, priorities, business case, budgets, and staffing requirements for and with customers. Assists in establishing strategic and tactical objectives to meet existing and future customer goals. Works with E&P to help define projects and determine needed tools, metrics, and risk mitigation to assure E&P needs are being addressed. Coordinates and maintains regular internal and external communication between IT and E&P/user organizations. Acts as a true customer advocate while also managing expectations and anticipates customer needs and arranges for IT resources to address those needs; listens to and understands customer complaints and ensures responsiveness to those issues.
What You Will do
Will be responsible for covering 24/7 on call schedule in support of the ProPricer application
Lead project Customer Requirements gathering, Change Management and Test Management and User Acceptance Testing Portion of the Projects
Review and approve all Project artifacts for accuracy and completeness from a functional perspective
Lead the functional team and work the solution architects to ensure that the projects approach will meet the end user requirements and that they are well documented
Ensure that the change management approach and training material are adequate to support a diverse user community
Qualifications You Must Have
University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or a Master’s degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
5+ years of experience in Project Management and Financial Analysis.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience with legacy pricing systems, such as PC Pricing and Advanced Company Estimating System (ACES), along with proven Subject Matter Expertise in the current E&P tool, ProPricer.
Must possess advanced administrator-level skills in ProPricer, with the ability to manage rates, develop and maintain algorithms, and optimize the tool for operational efficiency.
A comprehensive understanding of financial processes and the enterprise systems landscape, with practical, real-world knowledge of the product lifecycle as it pertains to Finance. This includes both pre-award and post-award execution activities.
Qualifications We Prefer
Active Clearance or Previously cleared (TS/SCI)
Experience in application development and support
Prior experience with the ACES (Subject Matter Expert)
Prior experience in compiling cost, schedule, and technical elements in the development of proposals in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications.
Previous experience using the following software systems/packages; MS Office Suite (Excel Expert: Macro and VB code), MS Project, Visio, SharePoint, Camtasia
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
