Charles Schwab and Company, Inc. is hiring a(n) Manager, Software Development and Engineering (ref. Code 2025-106870 in Austin, TX.

Duties: Design, develop, modify, or test software for various company software products or services. Develop company software designed to support essential company functions including support for investment advisors and offer features such as client relationship management, portfolio accounting, trading, data integration, reporting and much more. Provide ongoing build and deploy support for the Advisor Services Technology (AST) organization. Develop and institute an automated and repeatable CI/CD framework for our application suite in AST. Architect and design innovative and creative solutions and identify opportunities for new tools, processes, and systems across AST and our partners. Integrate differentiated systems, collaborating with AST to build and deploy applications, and implementing improvements to drive operational efficiencies.

REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and 72 months of progressive, post-Bachelors experience in a related occupation. Related skills may be required.
