Summary of Role: The Manager of Strategic Pricing and Market Intelligence will be responsible for implementing pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior to execute a data-driven pricing framework.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain internal controls over the pricing activities to ensure compliance.

  • Lead cross-functional stakeholders to analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior to make data-driven pricing decisions.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to execute strategic pricing initiatives that drive revenue growth and profitability.

  • Communicate pricing strategies and decisions to internal stakeholders and ensure transparency and alignment across the organization.

  • Monitor and evaluate pricing performance, and make recommendations for adjustments as needed to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in pricing, and continuously innovate and improve pricing processes and methodologies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed pricing decisions.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate pricing strategies and decisions to internal stakeholders and customers.

  • Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and implement pricing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Business acumen: Understanding of the market, competition, and customer behavior to make data-driven pricing decisions.

  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in the market and adjust pricing strategies as needed.

  • Experience with pricing software and tools: Familiarity with pricing software and tools can help streamline the pricing process and improve accuracy.

    Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field

  • 4+ years of experience in pricing, strategy, finance, sales operations or a related field

  • Skills – Communications/Presentations leveraging Microsoft office products, knowledge of statistics, other data analytics

  • Project management skills - i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong planning & organizational skills

  • Travel - Up to 20%

  • Fluency in English Language – written & verbal.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a semiconductor company (foundry, fabless, packaging or design house)

  • Development experience in Power BI or comparable BI tool

Expected Salary Range

$82,300.00 - $146,300.00
