Summary of Role: The Manager of Strategic Pricing and Market Intelligence will be responsible for implementing pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior to execute a data-driven pricing framework.
Essential Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain internal controls over the pricing activities to ensure compliance.
Lead cross-functional stakeholders to analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior to make data-driven pricing decisions.
Collaborate with senior leadership to execute strategic pricing initiatives that drive revenue growth and profitability.
Communicate pricing strategies and decisions to internal stakeholders and ensure transparency and alignment across the organization.
Monitor and evaluate pricing performance, and make recommendations for adjustments as needed to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in pricing, and continuously innovate and improve pricing processes and methodologies.

Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and implement pricing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Business acumen: Understanding of the market, competition, and customer behavior to make data-driven pricing decisions.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in the market and adjust pricing strategies as needed.
Experience with pricing software and tools: Familiarity with pricing software and tools can help streamline the pricing process and improve accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
4+ years of experience in pricing, strategy, finance, sales operations or a related field
Skills – Communications/Presentations leveraging Microsoft office products, knowledge of statistics, other data analytics
Project management skills - i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong planning & organizational skills
Travel - Up to 20%
Fluency in English Language – written & verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a semiconductor company (foundry, fabless, packaging or design house)
Development experience in Power BI or comparable BI tool
Expected Salary Range
$82,300.00 - $146,300.00
The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
