Required Skills:

Market Specialist, Market Operations Responsibilities:

  1. Use market specific knowledge to provide signals and insights to manage responses to high-risk events.

  2. Monitor virality of potential harmful content.

  3. Spot and scope scalable solutions to improve the support of our community and users.

  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on escalations and respond to crisis, looking for opportunities to improve company’s processes and tools.

  5. Advocate for community of users, making recommendations of improvement opportunities related to workflows, operational guidelines, policy, and Community Standards to improve user experience in the market.

  6. Address sensitive content issues, including graphic images, videos and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and objectionable material.

  7. Analyze key metrics to improve operational performance.

  8. Deliver solutions involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development, working directly with global cross-functional teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Requires a Master’s degree in business administration, operations research, legal studies, or in a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered in a related occupation. Foreign equivalent accepted.

  3. Risk and problem management

  4. Negotiation and diplomacy

  5. Crisis quick response

  6. Process improvement

  7. Regulatory compliance and

  8. Political and social knowledge of targeted market areas

Public Compensation:

$130,836/year to $160,160/year + bonus + equity + benefits
