DivaDance Marketing & Content Specialist in Austin, Texas

DivaDance HQ is looking for a data-driven Marketing Specialist based in Austin, TX, who shares our mission of inspiring confidence and building community. This is your chance to help take our brand to the next level and make it a household name!

This position is full-time and will report directly to the Chief Innovation Officer and work collaboratively with the Sr. Marketing Manager and CEO/Founder.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management

Oversee the creation, organization, and enhancement of all HQ-level content, including photos, videos, and both short-form and long-form materials. This content supports various initiatives like local and brand marketing, partnership campaigns, special events, our apparel shop, and franchise development.

Content Deployment and Measurement

Boost key metrics across all digital platforms, such as followers, engagement, shares, saves, reach, impressions, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Use your analytical skills to make strategic adjustments that amplify our impact.

Creative Marketing & Influencer Management

Achieve marketing goals by developing and executing innovative strategies that enhance brand visibility and create viral moments. This includes managing influencer relationships, optimizing backlinks and blog content, producing live events, and supporting PR campaigns.

Requirements & Skills:

A successful candidate should possess a blend of creative, analytical, and interpersonal skills, including :

  • Content Creation & Design: Proficiency in tools like Canva and video editing software such as CapCut is essential for creating engaging visual content.

  • Social Media Expertise: Deep understanding of and first hand experience in marketing on various social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube, with the ability to tailor content for each.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze metrics and data to track performance and inform strategies to drive engagement and growth.

  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling content and collaborate effectively with team members and partners.

  • Creative Thinking: Ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions that resonate with target audiences and create buzz.

Location: Based in Austin, TX - not available as a remote position.

Compensation: Commensurate with an entry-level role up to 2 years of experience.

This role will receive a base salary plus a bonus structure based on metric-driven success, plus Medical Insurance (pre-tax benefit) - 50% of employee medical benefits paid + option for dental/vision coverage (100% paid for by employee)
