Parcel Plus Pack, Ship and Organize Mail in Austin, Texas

Key Responsibilities:

- - Receive incoming packages, accurately catalog them in the mailroom system, notify recipients, and ensure timely delivery to the appropriate individuals or departments. - Sort and organize incoming mail, ensuring it is properly categorized and distributed. Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital mail. - Conduct various office tasks, including printing, scanning, faxing, shredding, and mailing packages, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. - Regularly monitor and manage mailroom supplies, including postage and packaging materials. Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained and reorder supplies as needed. - Use mailroom management software to track and organize digital correspondence, maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth mailroom operations. - Answer incoming phone calls and address customer inquiries related to mail and package services. - Provide customer assistance and support, resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience for all customers interacting with the mailroom.
