Project Management Day-to-Day and Administrative Skills: Provide administrative support for the Principal Investigator. Supervise the community health worker, data analyst, and any other volunteers. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain minutes. Tracking of all grant goals and objectives to ensure they are being met in a timely manner. Collect and maintain all study related program documents and for regulatory and reporting purposes. Manage financial reporting and budgetary oversight. Maintain ethics and compliance standards for the protection of human subjects, institutional training, and any additional training required by the institution or funding agency.Partner Engagement Skills: Maintain relationship with Project Vida Health Center, other federally qualified health centers in El Paso, Texas., and Avero Diagnostics. Ensure list of eligible clinic patients is received in a timely manner. Liaise with the clinic point of contact for any barriers in contacting patients. Maintain sub-awards and ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner.Data Collection and Management Skills: Manage primary data collection, develop, and maintain databases. Assist with development of surveys, forms, and tools for tracking data. Ensure randomization schema is followed appropriately. Manage participant and survey data. Assist with post award management including preparation of progress and annual reports.Communication and Organizational Skills: Maintain regular communication with sub-awardees and community partners. Create and maintain a centralized system for all program documents.Other related duties as assigned.
