Communicate with external stakeholders.Manage hires, train, and supervise all research staff with a strong focus on the professional development of the staff.Coordinate data analysis and reporting. Oversee data collection, data entry, and data cleaning as needed to assist with projects. Review and approve all reports in accordance with contractual obligations, manage feedback from funding agency, and collaborate with Communications Director and Principal Investigator (PI) to develop strategies to disseminate findings.Coordinate the design phase of research. Assist in the development and review of research-related grant applications in coordination with PI. Provide feedback on literature reviews. Provide feedback on Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions. Review final documents before submission and monitor to ensure adherence to study protocol and all study timelines.Assist with the implementation of research designs. Coordinate pilot intervention, recruitment, and scheduling, providing guidance to address any concerns. Review all progress reports prior to submission and ensure deadlines are met.Participate in trainings, staff meetings, events, and other activities.Other duties as assigned.
