Summary
Project Manager, Operations (Remote)
Adlucent is looking for an Project Manager, Operations to help coordinate and manage a diverse array of account-aligned projects – including onboarding new clients and support for existing client programs. The most critical aspect of this position is the proven ability to understand the interdependencies between all tasks and people to ensure work is done efficiently and awesomely. We’ll call upon you to manage workflow, inform resource allocation,understand the scope and risk of assigned projects, and, most importantly, be an impactful team player.
The right candidate is a confident leader, who motivates project teams, ensures quality and holds team members accountable so they can achieve their goals on projects. The project manager will work closely with our client services and sales. This position reports to the Senior Operations & Project Manager.

The Role:
Project workflow management
Maintain critical data in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool
Open and close monthly projects, ensuring budgets and scope are accurate
Ownership and accountability for each project you lead, ensuring all problems are being solved and reporting on progress against each, while fluidly keeping the project on track
Prioritize, plan and enforce key milestones while adapting as needed
Look for efficiency improvements, balancing creativity with practicality
Constant communication and collaboration across functionally diverse teams
Strong negotiation, conflict management and risk mitigation skills
Discuss project details in depth, be able to ask insightful questions and understand the answers
Keep the team informed about project status and schedule, be comfortable delivering both good and bad news
Help the team learn from mistakes and recognize successes
Utilize multiple tools and reports to support sharing of current status and conclusions
Project scoping and life cycle management
Create onboarding briefs, schedule and lead meetings for project life cycle and update relevant progress reports
Ensure that each team member understands project requirements and expectations upfront
Manage, monitor and maintain project scope
Proactively escalate concerns regarding possible delays
Pinpoint a specific cause for each overage and explain it with objectivity
Resource management
Use project management software to develop project schedules, budget, plan, and allocate resources according to deadlines
Ensure team allocations for client projects are updated in real time
Assist business leads with monthly labor forecasts
Weekly / monthly reporting critical to ensuring we are hitting targets
Operations project support
Support Sales, Finance and Client Services with Salesforce data entry / administration
Reporting, dashboard creation and maintenance
Special projects that support teams in the org
About you:

Additionally, you have:
2-4 years of relevant experience managing a wide variety of projects, preferably at an digital marketing, advertising or integrated agency
Strong attention to detail – ability to capture those tasks that everyone assumes will be completed, that might otherwise slip through the cracks
Experience managing multiple projects / clients simultaneously
The ability to prioritize (and reprioritize) tasks across many concurrent projects, while maintaining a balanced workload for you and your team
A strong understanding of how to identify, communicate and escalate project risk
Ability to lead meetings and drive processes
Adaptability to various tools and technologies
Bonus if you have:
Experience managing the project life cycle with tools like: Kantata (Mavenlink), Workfront, Workamajig, Microsoft Project, etc.
Experience with SalesForce
Bachelor’s degree

Position Summary
The Project Manager position offers direct project involvement and collaborative work with various teams and internal operations staff via email and in-person in a results-driven, fun and dynamic group/team based corporate culture. The Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects from conception to completion with specified deliverables.
This position requires strong organizational skills and ability to work on many tasks in parallel. The project manager will own the project execution, be responsible for the project schedule, overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of project
Define project tasks and resource requirements
Assemble and coordinate project staff and provide direction and support to project team & quality assurance
Plan and schedule project timelines
Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
Schedule and facilitate key project meetings – conduct team status meetings and team status schedule.
Route materials to approving departments
Enforce the use of company data programs such as Proof HQ and InTrack3

Minimum Qualifications
Education Level: (Required): Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
