Facilitate and coordinate planning sessions, requirement gathering, testing, and end user facing activities in support of the Universitys Enterprise System supported by eBITS.Support EBS leadership in efforts to appropriately manage workload, deadlines, and processes including prioritization, roadmaps, and reporting needs.Actively engage, monitor, and report on operational Jira to ensure that issues are periodically reviewed, are being worked or have been identified as not needing attention if they are stagnant, working with leads or Directors to keep issues or enhancements progressing, following up as needed, analyzing and reporting on progress.Provide support and bring forward improvements to internal work tools and workflows.Coordinate Workday brainstorms, and cases; making sure they are reviewed with governance and/or business owners as appropriate.Other related functions as assigned.
