ManpowerGroup Project Manager in Austin, Texas

Our client, in the integration of technologies for public infrastructure management space. is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. The function of a Project Manager is to lead and manage the company projects assigned to him. The appointed person will report to the area branch manager and his primary responsibility will be to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget and to the Client´s satisfaction. The position is for a hands-on project manager that is able to execute projects with almost no supervision.

The project manager shall be able to:

  • To execute small projects with almost no support and in direct contact with the field team (supervisors and foremen), and

  • To execute larger projects with the support of the appropriate team of project engineers and field teams.

Location: Austin, TX

Pay Range: $120-130k

What’s the Job?

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (civil, industrial, electrical or equivalent education)

  • 7+ years of experience in the following activities:

  • Procurement or purchasing including: sourcing, maintaining vendor relations, ordering and tracking deliveries, and receiving and processing invoices.

  • Preparing and issuing purchasing documents (i.e.: Subcontracts, Purchasing Orders, Service Agreements)

  • Related field and project planning experience

  • Contract review and negotiation
