The position will include assisting the staff in general community tasks including coordination with vendors and contractors, prospective residents, assistance with property level activity tracking, and administration of daily operations processes.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • General office organization, greeting guests, mail and package management

  • Phone and in person communication with vendors, suppliers, residents, and prospects

  • Tenant coordination activities and interaction

  • Meet regularly with General Manager and Leasing Manager to discuss new prospect experience performance

  • Maintain and update resident lease files and computer records for the community

  • Field any resident concerns and coordinate resolution with General Manager or other members of the leadership team

  • Assistance with property management work orders, requests and issues

  • Regular attendance and punctuality

    Additional Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Additional duties as assigned. This position is continually evolving based on needs of the community and additional duties will be required

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite to include MS Excel required

  • Yardi knowledge preferred

  • Must demonstrate support of Bell Core Values

  • Must demonstrate support of BAL strategic drivers

  • Must demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer service

  • Must demonstrate ability to successfully work on a team

  • Must be able to clearly communicate both orally and in writing

  • Must be able to understand directives both orally and in writing

  • Must have superior interpersonal skills; ability to get along with diverse personalities; tactful; mature, flexible

  • Must present a professional image and adhere to Bell Partner’s Inc professional attire policy

  • Must be resourceful and well organized

    Education and Background:

  • High school diploma

  • Strong customer service experience required

1+ years property management industry experience preferred
