The Technical Program Manager (TPM) oversees cross-functional teams responsible for designing and implementing AI software solutions on Windows PCs and emerging Android-based form factors. This role involves collaboration with internal software development teams and external solution providers. Additionally, the TPM plays a critical role in defining project scope, managing resources, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Success is measured by the timely delivery of innovative, high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Program Leadership: The TPM oversees cross-functional teams, driving the program from ideation to implementation. They ensure alignment with defined timelines and resource allocation.

  • Feature Development: The TPM directs the creation of features, schedules, and critical deliverables. They prioritize program support requirements.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly updating key stakeholders and executives on program progress, escalations, and issue analysis.

  • Team Management: The TPM manages activities within supporting program teams, both internal and external development partners

Experience and skills needed:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated excellence in technical program management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey program architectures, plans, proposals, and results effectively.

  • Ability to influence and negotiate options at business unit levels.
