Position Summary

The Risk Assessment Coordinator - IT Accounts is an individual contributor role responsible for managing detailed customer IT assessments, working in partnership with the Caremark account management teams and internal business/IT experts. This position manages complex, time-sensitive requests from current customers across the Caremark business segments. The ability to identify, assess, and resolve business challenges is required. This individual needs to have knowledge of enterprise and Caremark technical assets, systems, and business practices to support account teams with meeting the diverse and often extensive requirements included in customer IT assessments. Additional key components of this position include:

  • Collaboration and partnership within commercial business segments and with other business areas to ensure all workflow processes and interdependencies are identified and addressed.

  • Driving changes needed to improve process, timeliness, and the quality of our responses.

  • Maintenance of standard responses to support accuracy, consistency, and response time.

  • Development of strong, positive relationships with the account teams and internal partners.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of relevant experience that includes 2 years of risk assessments, client questionnaire and/or RFP/RFI experience.

  • Experience with content management applications, such as Loopio.

  • Proven ability to deliver high quality work that meets or exceeds customer expectations and consistently meets both internal and external deadlines.

  • High level of proficiency with employee productivity tools including, but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Web meeting applications.

  • Exceptional time management with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

  • History of focusing on customer needs and providing outstanding service.

  • Excellent communication skills (written / verbal) at all levels of the organization.

  • Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills required.

  • Able to work independently, but also able to work with people in a team environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to adjust to different or new approaches to assignments and openness to feedback.

  • Ability to act as an advisor to management and colleagues on technical, informational, and operational issues.

Preferred Qualifications

Loopio Document Management experience preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a Business or IT field strongly preferred, and/or equivalent work experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience).

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$60,300.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
