Position Summary

  • Design, implement, and maintain SCCM infrastructure to support software deployment, patch management, operating system deployment, and inventory management.

  • Configure and customize SCCM settings, policies, and workflows to meet the organization's requirements and security standards.

  • Manage software distribution, including packaging applications, creating deployment packages, and deploying software updates to endpoints.

  • Develop and maintain automated scripts and processes for SCCM tasks using PowerShell or other scripting languages.

  • Monitor SCCM health and performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize system reliability and performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SCCM with other IT systems and services such as Active Directory, Group Policy, and antivirus solutions.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and IT staff on SCCM-related issues and best practices.

  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new features of SCCM and related technologies.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in designing, deploying, and managing SCCM infrastructure in enterprise environments.

  • In-depth knowledge of SCCM architecture, components, and features such as software deployment, patch management, and OSD (Operating System Deployment).

  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation and customization of SCCM tasks.

  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and networking concepts.

  • Experience with SQL Server databases and SQL queries for SCCM reporting and troubleshooting.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Microsoft certifications such as MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) or SCCM-related certifications preferred but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience troubleshooting SCCM related issues

  • 4+ years experience managing SCCM infrastructure

  • Familiarity with deploying in large scale environments

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$72,100.00 - $144,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
