Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled senior member of our Sr Manager Information Security to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a highly dynamic team supporting Endpoint and Networking security infrastructure, including EDR, NIDS, HIDS, NAC, XDR and Advanced WAF systems to protect and guard company assets from ransomware and the latest adversaries.

The security team is responsible for integrating and engineering security solutions on the endpoint and network assets and for monitoring the health and lifecycle of those solutions, and performing periodic health checks internally and with external vendors to remain at the cutting edge of Cybersecurity protection

Our security crew support multiple stakeholders, including security operations center, network engineering, firewall operations, change management, problem management teams and executive leadership.

The Infrastructure Security team researches and identifies new technologies to improve system/data confidentiality, integrity, and availability. We lead and assist in security technology and product assessments, evaluations, and product selection, in addition to performing proof of concept for new endpoint and network security products. Our subject matter expert for this role will conduct requirement gathering and lead design sessions for new security controls and designs. Our SMEs perform technical and peer overview for other junior team members and security operations center analysts.

The successful candidate has:

  • Proven expertise in deploying and managing CrowdStrike in a large environment

  • Integrated CrowdStrike with Zscaler for risk scoring and posture checking

  • Implemented various CrowdStrike features and preventive policies

  • Expertise in web application security, API security and client-side protection

  • Able to document architecture and security data flow diagrams.

  • Researched new technologies to improve system/data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical terms to senior executive leadership

  • Proven expertise with PowerPoint, Tableau, PowerBi or other Business Intelligence tools.

  • Experience with few AI and automation tools; scripting in two of the three Python, Ansible, Git, Terraform is plus.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of experience of information security and people leadership experience managing resources in the past.

  • Proven expertise in managing large scale CrowdStrike environment

  • Proven expertise with PowerPoint, Tableau, PowerBi or other Business Intelligence tools.

  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical terms to senior executive leadership

  • Hands on with CrowdStrike and Zscaler (ZTNA) framework implementation

  • Familiarity with at least (5) infrastructure security tools: Qualys, CrowdStrike, Zscaler, Tanium, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper and Cisco

Preferred Skills

  • (7+) years of network security expertise in protecting large scale environments employing endpoint tools and SASE platforms

  • Well versed in executive reporting by leveraging security tools metrics to provide weekly Key Performance Indicators

  • Deep understanding and Familiarity with at least (5) infrastructure security tools: Qualys, CrowdStrike, Zscaler, Tanium, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper and Cisco

  • Excellent problem-solving skills; capable to troubleshoot all OSI layers and especially application security challenges.

  • Implemented infrastructure cloud security controls at the major Cloud Service Providers (AWS-AZURE and Google)

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering. Master's degree is preferred.

  • Exceptional documentation and communication skills.

Education

Bachelor's degree from accredited university or equivalent work experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$130,295.00 - $260,590.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
