The Wealth Management Learning & Coaching (WML&C) Group is responsible for empowering our sales professionals to build trusted relationships and deliver modern wealth management to our clients through world-class learning experiences. This starts with ensuring our people - new hires and existing Schwabbies, are equipped to serve clients the Schwab Way. We have several targeted learning programs inflight and have plans to design and develop new programs in 2025.

Your Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Intake/Change Manager to join our team. The Intake/ Change Manager will play a critical role in the team’s success by managing the intake process for all new training needs. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to clearly prioritize requests as they are submitted. The Intake/Change Manager will be responsible for ensuring training submissions submitted from all parts of the sales organization are reviewed in a timely manner and categorized according to our defined framework; he/she will work with the Early Talent Development (ETD) Lead and Continuous Learning Lead to prioritize requests.

You will be responsible for:

Intake Management :

  • Responding promptly to training requests submitted to our Intake mailbox

  • Conducting initial needs analysis for requests identified as “a training need”

  • Managing and organizing the intake paperwork and documentation

  • Coordinating with the ETD and CLA lead to prioritize requests and coordinate meeting with partners to identity discuss implementation plans and timeline

  • Provide support to partners throughout the intake process, addressing questions and concerns

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all intake requests submitted in Allego, our LMS

  • As you evolve in your role, develop recommendations for improve Intake Process as needed

  • Lead communications with partners to ensure alignment across stakeholders

  • Self-motivated and driven, with a relentless pursuit to follow through from start to execution

  • Superior analytical skills, research driven, and attention to detail

  • Thrive on initiating, building, and cultivating strong authentic relationships inside and outside the group, navigates and activates alignment across organizational silos

  • Hunger to learn about our retail business, our processes, and our rep’s need

  • Working independently to deliver insights in a fast-paced and ever evolving environment

Content Development:

  • Provide support as needed in developing content for new learning programs; some of which include CRS University, Branch Manager University, and IC/FCP Bootcamp

  • Partner with SMEs as needed to create course outlines and perform reviews as needed prior to handoff to Instructional Designers

Program Management :

  • Partnering with WM Learning team members to provide support on logistics, planning, roster management and attendance tracking for programs such as CRSU and New Branch Manager training

  • Setting up invites and communications to participants and their leaders as needed

  • Coordinating the assignment of all eLearning content to participants using the Allego LMS platform

  • Tracking engagement of ETD and CLA programs to help us better understand trends and improve the programs

  • Submit and track compliance approval and SME compliance approvals for finalized content

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of program management and/or change management experience. Additional experience with consulting strategy or internal strategy a bonus. Bachelor’s degree

  • Previous experience in with Intake and/or Change Management

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with stakeholders

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated success supporting delivery for concurrent projects 

  • Confidence dealing with ambiguity in a dynamic and fast paced work environment

  • High Proficiency with MS Office Products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)  

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in Learning & Development with a broad understanding of learning strategy and program management

  • BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or a related field or experience in lieu of a degree
