The Senior Market Consultation/Partnership Professional promotes and improves the quality and measurement of provider education programs with a market(s). The Senior Market Consultation/Partnership Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

The Senior Market Consultation/Partnership Professional engages and partners with physicians, physician groups, and market leadership to drive initiatives. Influences and consults on matters related to quality and measurement of provider education programs with a market(s). Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Additional responsibilities: The Senior Market Consultation Partnership Professional will work directly with EMR vendors, market(s) and physician groups to enroll providers into the provider reconciliation program. Will require an in depth understanding of risk adjustment and be able to clearly articulate the value of the program. Candidates must have excellent analytical skills, written, verbal and organizational skills. Must be able to work independently and solve problems. The Senior Market Consultation Partnership Professional must be able to process large data-set files, analyze data, and also present findings to leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 2+ years equivalent experience in Risk Adjustment

  • Experience working with Claims encounters 837 transactions

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel

  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written

  • Proficiency in processing data, analyzing and interpreting data trends and continuous quality improvement process

  • Experience building strong relationships and collaborating

  • Knowledge of EMR systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with markets/regional associates

  • Must be able to work independently

  • Stars experience

  • Progressive business consulting experience

  • Working knowledge of the provider reconciliation program

  • SQL and Alteryx experience

  • Health industry solutions experience

  • Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

  • Intermediate ability to implement process improvements

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$78,400 - $107,800 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
