Design, implement and lead strategy for recruiting applicants for the Subiendo Academy. Oversee the application review process, including the training of volunteers and necessary edits to the application. Collaborate with internal campus partners and external stakeholders to accomplish recruiting goals. Coordinate public outreach strategy, including management of the Academy website and development of publication materials such as briefs and reports.Oversee logistical event planning, including student and guest travel arrangements, for the Subiendo Academy. Act as liaison to special groups and external agencies in administering the program.Provide support to Subiendo alumni through event coordination of on-campus and regional networking events, student programming through the Subiendo Longhorn Chapter, and mentoring opportunities with external partners.Hire, train, and supervise all Subiendo student workers, including seasonal summer camp employees and yearly office student workers. Supervise office student workers with developing content for newsletters and mentoring opportunities. Ensure phone, voicemail, and social media handles are answered accordingly.Initiate and coordinate the scholarship selection for the Subiendo Scholars and Opportunity Scholarship awards.Coordinate the budget for summer academy operations and Subiendo Longhorn Chapter programming.
