HP Inc. Solution Consultant in Austin, Texas
The Solutions Consultant is responsible for the success of HP/Vyopta's software solutions. He / She is a subject matter expert in UC and Collaboration technologies, HP/Vyopta's Software product and service offerings.
Responsibilities:
Implement, integrate, test and deploy Vyopta solutions
Provide technical support to customers and partners
Establish a strong working knowledge of relevant video, audio, data and network technologies and standards.
Continually stay current on HP/Vyopta products (including relevant OEM UC products) and Vyopta implementation tools and methodologies
Manage customer adoption of new product capabilities through automation and training program
Understand customer specific use cases and assist in delivering customized insights to achieve business goals or to document high value feature requests for the product team
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 5 years' experience in administration enterprise UC and Collaborative environments. Must possess expert knowledge in the following areas:
General: LANs/WANs, TCP/IP, Internet networking, Web Proxy
Hardware: Ethernet switches, routers, firewalls
Operating Systems: Windows/Linux
Extensive experience in MS Teams, Zoom and Cisco technologies
Working experience with Voice / SBC / PSTN networks
Strong network and infrastructure knowledge, including network design
Knowledge of internet and networking technologies, including network addressing, protocols, network switches, routers, firewalls, Wireless, QoS and VoIP services
Strong project management and presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience writing user guides and how-to articles
The expected end date for this job posting is February 24, 2025.
The base pay range for this role is $104,800 to $158,250 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
