Aston Carter Sr. Account Development Executive in Austin, Texas

Come be part of our client's newest delivery channel team, a rapidly expanding delivery network of small business delivery partners. This program offers small businesses the chance to earn extra income by delivering for our client in their flex time. You'll be committed to growing the largest network of small business delivery partners in the world and consistently improving their customer experience. We are looking for a top performing sales representative to join our team and deliver results in some of our most challenging regions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to transform local businesses in communities across the country. The objective of the role is to recruit new business partners to become part of the organization's delivery program. The individual must be a strong sales leader and have the ability to excel in a rapidly growing organization. This candidate should be comfortable cold calling in person, building relationships with local community leaders, quickly analyzing data, and interfacing with technology and CRM (Salesforce).

Key Job Responsibilities:

-Travel to new and or established markets to be the face our our program

-Generate program interest through boots on the ground prospecting and building relationships with local community leaders.

-Educate small business on the program and generate interested leads

-Qualify and create a candidate funnel and track in CRM (Salesforce)

-Collaborate with regional Business Development Managers and internal stakeholders to initiate or grow candidate funnel

-Quickly familiarize yourself with recruiting regions and develop acquisition strategies based on the total addressable market and current program footprint

-Acquire new delivery partners through referrals, door to door knocking, and hosting local events

-Setting accurate expectations with candidate to ensure we earn trust and establish long term successful partnerships

-Identify efficacy opportunities and develop operational improvements to improve the Partner experience

-When not traveling you will be assigned a variety of funnel management opportunities to continue growing the program partnering with multiple internal stakeholders and potential partners across the country

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years field sales experience

Consistent track record of exceeding sales goals

Requirements:

This role is is office based when not on assignment in the field. Requires ample travel. Ability to travel 50%-75% is required.(travel costs to be reimbursed) Valid drivers license and ability to rent a car is required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $34.00
