OpsTech Infrastructure Engineering organization, with an unparalleled scope, is part of the Amazon’s WW Fulfillment Technology & Robotics team. We design, deploy and support network and device infrastructure, end user devices and services across Amazon’s Global Fulfillment Centers, Transportation (Middle Mile, Last Mile & Logistics), and Specialty Customer Solutions (Amazon Fresh, Prime Now, Lockers, Pantry, Campus, and Prime Air). Our customers range from Amazon lockers to Amazon’s Air Hubs.

OpsTech Infrastructure Engineering Product Management (OTIP) owns, defines, and operationalizes products and programs to deliver highly reliable network and device infrastructure, with the direct objective to improve service delivery speed and drive new innovations for customers. OTIP establishes, practices, and enforces the product development life cycle. The team supports global operations customers (first, middle, last mile) and internal teams. We are looking for a Senior Manager (Product Management - Technical) who will build a team to deliver on the team’s mission of install, refine, and expand the levers that drive growth. This team will be focused on introducing customers to OpsTech Infrastructure, helping them find a infrastructure solution, make an informed purchase decision, drive product adoption, and post launch customer satisfaction.

Growth is also responsible for breaking down barriers to onboarding such as shepherd non-tech customers to onboard onto infrastructure solutions or identifying the correct self-service onboarding mechanism for tech customers.

This role will lead a team of product managers, architects, and customer success managers.

This is a highly visible position that will interact at all levels of Global Robotics, Operations, and Supply Chain business units. You’ll be able to work on problems of incredible scope that impact millions of users.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience as a product manager or owner

  • Set the overall product vision and direction for the Networking space.

  • Work with engineering teams to translate customer needs into workable technology solutions that scale operationally.

  • Interact with customers and internal stakeholders to formulate business strategies and shape product direction.

  • Define and prioritize features and requirements and see them through from ideation to sprint planning and delivery.

  • Perform customer interviews and surveys, and analyze metrics.

  • Synthesize external and internal data to drive clarity and alignment in your team

  • through business writing such as narrative papers and PR-FAQs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment

  • Experience managing teams
