To support the First-Generation Living Learning Communitys academic and social transition to campus by facilitating workshops and developing opportunities for them to engage in community building, extracurricular involvement and academic stimulation.Coordinate First-Generation Celebration Week, which includes assembling a campus-wide event calendar and executing the signature event on First-Generation Celebration Day.Assist with other transition programming throughout the year (e.g., Longhorn Welcome, Spring Welcome).Assist with the recruitment, application review, selection, and acceptance process for First-Gen LLC cohort.Assist with New Student Orientation programming.Assist with special assignments within New Student Services, the Dean of Student Office and the Division of Student Affairs as assigned or requested.
