This position is a member of our Air Grants Division. KEY QUALIFICATIONS Experience working with grants, contracts, and/or applications. Experience leading a team, work group, and/or program. HERES WHAT YOULL BE DOING... Lead and oversee the Grant Development and Award Team in the Federal Grants Section, and establish goals and objectives associated with the timely implementation, award, and monitoring of TXMCW grants. Ensure staff resources are adequately allocated to meet established timeframes for completing tasks and achieving goals. Complete personnel management functions including interviewing/hiring, coordinating training and professional development, developing staff roles and responsibilities, and conducting succession planning to accomplish section goals and objectives. Coordinate the creation of tracking tools to track key staff performance metrics. Coordinate and track the creation and implementation of standard operating procedures and guidance for the key functions of the team including the development of solicitation and other grant documents; review and approval of grant applications; preparation, execution, and management of grant contracts. Qualifications: EDUCATION EXPERIENCE Experience in the administration of a program relevant to assignment. OR Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in a field relevant to assignment.
