Infosys is seeking a Technology Lead. This position requires designing and developing highly usable and scalable new application capabilities and enhancing existing capabilities to meet the needs of our customers in a fast-paced agile development environment. Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Austin, TX or or be willing to relocate to the area prior to Onboarding.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • All applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply.
  • 4 years of experience in Java Development, systems engineering, build/release/deployment automation, etc.
  • Build and Support CI/CD tools to port and manage applications on AWS and Kubernetes
  • Ability to understand the application requirements (Performance, Security, Scalability etc.) Build tools to monitor and alert the high performance and low latency applications
  • The candidate is expected to be self-motivated, proactive, and solutions focused individual Design and work with modern Continuous integration and deployment solutions
  • Partner with global teams, development teams and infrastructure teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Analyze data, propose solution approaches to the business problems
  • Help with documenting the new proposed business process flow, technical architecture and conduct design and system play back with business
  • Develop the radars planned for release milestones along with team and track them to completion
  • Coordinate with offshore team on the development activities, review their code and provide review feedback to the team
  • Plan for UAT cutover activities, support the business during the UAT phases
  • Prepare / Review implementation plan and share it with client, plan pre-cutover and post-cutover activities along with the team
  • Support the changes in production during warranty phases, prepare documentation and transition the changes to production for support
  • Work with onsite track leads / managers on new POCs, initiatives, roadmap planning, etc.

This job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
