Summary of Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented New College Graduate to join our dynamic Commercial, Business and Technology (CBT) team. This opportunity provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience through our rotational accelerator program that is designed to provide recent college graduates a comprehensive exposure to multiple areas throughout our CBT organization through various hands-on projects and initiatives.

Our Talent Accelerator Program is roughly a 3-year commitment designed to develop and accelerate our future talent through on the job training, mentorship, and endless opportunities for professional growth. Through this period, you will participate in 3 (9 month) rotations across our CBT organization.

What to expect in this Rotational Program:

End Markets – Gain an in-depth understanding of profitability & growth, customer application and market strategy Product Marketing or Product Management – Attain knowledge of product marketing, Product Strategy & Roadmap. Build capabilities in stakeholder and project management Commercial Ops/Strategy or Commercial Business – Exposure and understanding of customer engagement & negotiation, funnel development, commercial operations and account management

Upon successful completion of this talent accelerator program, you will be placed in one of the following specialties: End Markets, Product Marketing, or Commercial Business.

Essential Responsibilities Throughout Accelerator Program:

  • Participate and complete all assigned rotations and various projects throughout it

  • Assist in conducting market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive landscape.

  • Forecast market conditions and impacts to the business

  • Analyze and interpret customer data to identify & propose solutions

  • Analyze data and market trends to support strategic decision-making.

  • Contribute to various projects and initiatives as needed, collaborating with different departments within the company.

  • Prepare and present reports on market research findings, performance, and other relevant metrics.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education – Graduating with Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited degree program.

  • Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.

  • Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)

  • Travel - Up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior related internship or co-op experience.

  • Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.

  • Project management skills, i.e. the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong planning & organizational skills

  • Strong analytical and research skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Expected Salary Range

$46,100.00 - $82,300.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
