Job Description: Courier/Facilities Coordinator

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Courier/Facilities Coordinator to support our team with transportation and facilities management tasks. This dual role combines courier responsibilities, including delivering and picking up items, with facilities coordination tasks to ensure a well-maintained and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Courier Duties:

• Safely transport documents, packages, and other materials between designated locations.

• Maintain accurate delivery and pick-up records, including time and recipient signatures.

• Inspect and maintain the company vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.

• Coordinate with team members to schedule pick-ups and deliveries.

• Handle items with care, ensuring proper packaging and security during transit.

Facilities Coordinator Duties:

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and functional.

• Manage vendor relationships, including cleaning, maintenance, and repair services.

• Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify repair and maintenance needs.

• Track and manage inventory of office supplies, furniture, and other assets.

• Assist with office moves, space planning, and event setups as required.

• Address and resolve facility-related issues promptly.

  Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role (courier, facilities management, or a combination).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to lift and move moderately heavy items (up to 50 lbs).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
