JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Title: Coordinator, Management Board Project

Reports To: Vice President & CFO

Date Last Revised: July 2, 2024

Position Summary:

Administrative in nature, this position is responsible for working closely with the Management Board of the CVS NA. The individual will assist with project management and other higher level administrative tasks for the management office. Activities include coordination of schedules, aligning project reviews, preparing reports, assigning, and monitoring tasks, and may include leading smaller projects as needed. This entails ensuring effective communication and coordination across regions, business units and functions.

Essential Functions:

Drive management activities that require close cooperation with the other members of the CVS Global team and executive board members of Knorr-Bremse AG and their advisors.

Attend key strategic meetings and capture relevant actions and tasks for the key stakeholders.

Coordinate key program reviews by aligning schedules, preparing key stakeholders, and ensuring reports are ready for review. This includes ensuring effective coordination and communication across regions, business units and functions.

Conduct analysis to support the decision-making process with clear recommendations and action plans.

May be required to manage special projects and initiatives for successful and timely implementation.
