As a Plant Trainer you will be assisting in coaching and developing newly hired team members as well as current team members A member of our Production team, you will make updates to existing training materials, create new training materials, and assist in developing new SOP s and innovative processes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, maintain, and deliver training curriculums, such as orientation, skills training, and customized training programs. Track training progress in conjunction with the company?s skills matrix Assess training effectiveness and provide feedback to team members regarding areas for improvement and development opportunities. Identify and support unique up-training or reinforcement of opportunities Participate in continuous improvement projects, conducting training as needed to support those projects. Deliver targeted training against key performance indicators. Provide direction during orientation and other training activities.
