Responsibilities:
Full-time role working alongside passionate, energetic teammates.
Consistently develop a strong prospect list, using research tools and CRM.
Use tools like phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person outreach to connect with potential clients.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets (meetings scheduled, held, opportunities created, etc.)
Communicate KGET value propositions, schedule meetings, build and collaborate on proposals, present solutions, and maintain a strong pipeline.
Strive to strengthen and grow existing partnerships, think strategically to optimize campaigns.
Achieve and exceed revenue goals and maintain an accurate and consistent revenue forecast.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Self motivated and able to work autonomouslySkills & Experience:
3-5+ years of experience in media sales, or related fields, with a passion for customer solutions.
Experienced in consultative selling.
Strong organizational, writing, and proposal building skills.
Quick to learn new tools, technology, and processes.
Energetic, adaptable, and organized.
Quick thinker, able to ask and answer questions with ease.
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and focused on maintaining positive momentum.
Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
