Administrative Coordinator Needed in Bakersfield, CA!

Exact Staff is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Bakersfield, CA. You'll support the Division Director with various administrative tasks, maintaining records, and managing communications. This is a project-based role lasting 4-6 months.

Details:

  • Schedule:Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Pay:$26.00/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Provide confidential administrative support to the Director and team
  • Manage records and coordinate meetings
  • Handle Directors calendar, calls, and tasks
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence
  • Maintain office files and organize documents
  • Monitor department budget

Requirements:

  • Proficient writing and computer skills
  • Experience with Word applications and Adobe
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and work independently
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Minimum 4 years of administrative experience
  • 2 years of college or equivalent coursework in business or related field
